For crying out loud?!?!?!?!?

Top five things that have caused me to say, "For crying out loud!?!?! (or worse)" this weekend:

5. I find myself watching some Hilary Duff movie and crying at every possible cliche they could have put in the movie......why was I watching that? See what happens when I have any free time on my hands!

4. June is only three days away....and five more kids have signed up for camp that starts in less than two weeks! Why don't parents plan ahead???????

3. The Astros went to 18, yes it's true, 18 innings last night.....and LOST.

2. Barely twelve hours after completing the 18 inning game the Astros found themselves in another extra inning situation, and they put in Brad Lidge to protect their lead.

(And he did. Good work Brad, although I never thought you would do it.....)

1. Umpires who make game altering BAD calls....two games in a row. Chris Burke really was safe, which would have had the Astros winning Saturday night...

So, I know it is mostly about sports, but all you non-sports fans have already stopped reading by now....

Have a wonderful Memorial day weekend...hope you have time to relax and spend time with friends and family.

A sports blog!!! I love it!

And for added measure, my Mavs won tonight to take a 2-1 lead over the Suns. We still have a long way to go, but it's possible and the Dallas Mavericks first ever trip to the NBA Finals is only 2 games away!!

Although it isn't a "For crying out loud" type of moment, it truly is"

RI-DIRK-ULOUS!!!!! GO MAVS!!!

There is still hope for Brad Lidge - you have to believe!

One more thing for your list: why on earth does it rain in every other part of the city?! I swear it's like nothing ever changes around here, not even the weather...

Ol' "Dim-the-lights" Lidge better get another pitch in his pitching repetoire or it's going to be a short-lived career for this talent......

Oh yea, and by the way.....go mavs.

I used to be the biggest Phoenix Suns fan in the universe, but that sorta faded. I don't know why I'm not as obsessed with sports as I used to be. I do love going to baseball games outside, though -- just enjoying the fresh air, getting a tan. :)
