Yes, Hondas are the best cars in the woooooorld. They're great. You should get it. But don't go to Gillman Honda- no no no no. Russell and Smith was pretty good to us.
Bleck. Gillman is where I got my body work done after the accident last year. They were slimey and trickey, didn't want to do repairs that were needed, planned their pick-up times for when the insurance claim line was closed on Fridays, and tried to trick me into signing a legal document that would allow them to continue to charge my insurance company for repairs and collect the money without my signature or knowledge after my car was released to me.....
The horrible business practices were in both the body work repair shop but also the maintenance department within the sales area.
After sharing my experience with friends, I heard that a person who used to work there was pressured to be deceptive and unethical and either left or was fired because he didn't fit into those practices.
*Oh the dealership that was nice to me was Goodson, not Russell/Smith. The best dealership is Sterling McCall where I bought Sheila in Kingwood. Streater-Smith in Conroe is rude to women, so I drove an hour out of my way to buy at Sterling McCall back then.
I like Honda so much that I'm very picky about how the dealerships represent the company.
