Sunday finds, volume VI

Okay faithful (and new) blog readers, this edition of Sunday finds is going to be slightly different.

Not only have I had a harder time finding things that I thought worthy of sharing with you guys this week, but I found one thing that I was truly convicted by, and knew I needed to be a part of, so naturally that includes all of you!

I have a very dear friend (whom I have known since the second grade!), who has the most merciful and compassionate heart. She is full of love, a wonderful wife, mother, and friend. She challenges me to love others more, and see their beauty before their faults.

And this week she shared about an idea God laid on her heart.

It moved me to tears. I didn't tell anyone until now, but if you knew everything Tami has been through this year you might understand my tears more.

If someone had a "right" to be mad at God, or needed a reason to take a step back and just deal with what was going on within their own life, it would be Tami.

But yet, here she is allowing God to move and challenge her to a place of more compassion and mercy. She needs our help, and so I willingly volunteered all of you.
