Up to no good....

So, I realized today that I am the only church staff member in town right now...

And I am up to no good! :)

I high jacked (two words? one word? Hyphenated? Let's vote on this....) the church enewsletter, without clearing in through my boss (I shouldn't be privy to passwords unless you want me using them!) and sent out an e-newsletter to our entire church.

Just for fun.

Okay, not just for fun, but to share with them the most exciting news of 2008.... (not that I am overselling this one iota)

We have steel going UP on our new building! Yes, going UP, not just laying on the foundation or construction sight, but actually standing up (and I supposed bolted down!) on our slab.

The sight of it got me so excited I almost drove into a ditch (not hard to do if you have ever driven in our church parking lot). Lucky for you bloggy friends I have a new electronic toy and took some footage with it, so you might be able to hear and see my take on it....
