It is here!
The best month of the year!
And in honor of this special month, even if it is of no special significance to you, I am going to try and post every day. I know, I know, I almost missed this goal as I am just making it to post after 10:30 the first night! Each day I am going to post a reason for March being the greatest month....
Reason #1
Opening day of spring training! Astros played their first game of spring training today, which was a wonderful way to start this fabulous month. I haven't had a chance to see how it all went down, and what they outcome was, but this marks the beginning of baseball season. A new start for my beloved Astros.
Go Astros!
Reason #1 1/2
Okay, there aren't going to be many of these half reasons, but on my way home from church tonight I saw the Needville police in the middle of a crisis situation. Apparently spring ushers in feelings of excitement for not just humans, but animals as well. There was a police car trying to get a cow off of the highway with their high beam lights and sirens..... it was hilarious! Wish I could set the stage more eloquently!
Happy March to you all!

Wow--you get a whole month?!? AWESOME! :)
Yea baseball--I am SO ready!
Maybe that cow was a teenage cow...;)
Morgan is also VERY excited. She thinks we need to celebrate each weekend in honor of her birthday. And I am one year closer to teenage years.. UGH. I can't imagine her getting 'more emotional' or defiant....anyway..
Happy Birthday !!
And I agree with Miss Hot tamale.. Absolutely .. Teenage Cow.
perk... Baseball... where... now? haha.. j/k I am ready.. And so are my little men... What do you think of mommy and sons night out.. to the game?? I think it is a FABULOUS idea!!
Yaaay! I like the idea of posting every day!
Poor lil cow. He was probably confused. Recently the Trail Riders were going through Needville and all the traffic (including me, twice) had to be directed around their horses and wagons and such... Needville just makes for interesting driving.
