I am so excited!
Today, I am leaving for vacation. With some of my all time favorite people!!!!!!!
We aren't going anywhere fancy, or doing anything extravagant, it is just going to be a fun, relaxing, weekend with people I love and love to be around.
But, truth be told, we have vacationed together before. And it was awful. Horrible. Beyond description miserable. We tried camping, with small children, and in hot humid weather. Did I mentioned where we camped is known for the numerous alligators? It was just miserable.
That memory (over two years ago) still is vivid in my mind.
So, this time, we booked a hotel! I can hardly wait (I said that already, didn't I?)

I am sure we will spend our fair share of time here, even though the beach is right around the corner......our indoor back-up plan!
This is what I am talking about! You know sometimes the whole "complimentary breakfast" thing is only two different things wrapped in plastic, well not at our fancy little hotel.....mmmmm.

Ashlee, my blog feed says you posted this yesterday. (?) The comment page went psycho again by reloading a bunch of times so that I couldn't type.....I think its the google reader causing these problems. It truly is a beta version....
Vacation was AWESOME! How is it that a day and a half can feel like a whole refreshing week away? I think its the people you go with. I really had fun with our group!
Lisa, I am so glad you had a good time! I did too, and also feel much more relaxed and refreshed than before the trip. I also feel like I know/understand more about the guys....wierd how we can spend one day a week for like three years and I didn't put some things together until we go away somewhere....hmmmm....
maybe it is it time to ditch google reader?!?!??!
