Okay, no this isn't going to be one of those youth group icebreaker games in blog world (although I might save that idea for when I have bloggers block....hmm).
But, I had something happen to me the other day when I was at Target, and I thought I would confess right here on the ol blog.
I was looking for the shortest lane to check-out in because I was in a hurry (I hate how this seems to be the pace of my life, but that is another blog all together..) and I spot the perfect lane.
I am about to turn into my perfect lane when I notice that the person checking out in that lane is someone I know.
I quickly divert my cart to a MUCH longer line, to avoid the confrontation, I mean conversation, I would be required to have if I stayed in the short line.
Can you feel the love?
Sure am glad I have my strict "no cell phone" policy, so that cashier got to talk to me.....and I don't have to feel any guilt about avoiding real conversation with someone I actually know!
So, my question to you is...... (cmon, you can tell me.....)
Have you ever seen someone you didn't want to talk to, and purposely avoided them?

oh, totally. i'm with you, sister.
I'm glad I wasn't at Target recently, or I'd be totally paranoid that it was me!
Yes, I certainly do avoid people when I don't want to talk (which is most of the time if the meeting isn't pre-planned.)
Have I ever, you ask???
Yes.
More times than I care to admit.
I am glad to know I am not alone...wish I hadn't done it this particular time, but I just didn't know how to address this person with honesty and sincerity. Probably means I have not worked through everything myself....
Thanks for sharing gals...Loves to each of you!
