It's magic!

Well, it finally happened!

I had a chance to cook again!

My schedule has been so crazy, that if I were to cook it would have to happen after nine o'clock at night....and then that would require me to have purchased the items needed to cook prior to my arrival home.

A month or so ago I attended a Pampered Chef bridal shower for a friend, and the sales consultant talked about their new "magic pot." She said you could cook chicken in the microwave inside this pot.

I didn't beileve her.

She said you could even cook them frozen, place a whole chicken in this pot, and even other kinds of meat (pork chops, pork tenderloin, etc.) and they would remain tender and juicy...not rubbery.

I didn't believe her.

And I didn't keep my mouth shut (quite unintentionally) I said to the gal sitting next to me that I didn't believe it was possible.

The pampered chef consultant heard me.

"We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you use it and don't like it, you can return it."

The challenge had been issued....the purchase was made!

I got my magic pot on Sunday, and finally had a chance to break it out last night.

And let me tell you, it.is.magic. Truly magic!

I even used it again this morning....it is truly worth the investment if you are short on time and want to have an option for still pulling together a quick and easy dinner....
