My Mom wants to be a grandma in the worst way. Sadly, she is years away from this becoming a reality in her life.
So, she has settled for adopting Tami and Josh's daughter, Addison.
One day recently my mother saw a little two year old who knew over 100 countries on Oprah. After watching the entire episode, she remarked (with complete sincerity), "Addison could do that."
(Let's everyone take a moment and ponder just how many countries you could place on a map. One, two, three, four, five, oh wait I don't think that is a country......)
So, my Mom set out a plan to gain Addison a spot on the Oprah show. The plan; start by teaching Addison one country.
Which country you ask?
Texas.
Yes, Texas. And you didn't even know it was a country....see how well you would have done on Oprah!
Well, Addison had her own plans, as you can see she was serious about drinking from her cup.

And, as you can see from the last photo, Addison did humor my Mom by at least looking her direction once, or twice! It was so much fun!
